Easy Peezy Din Din

I have to admit that I'm not the best cook....I actually rarely cook. My barometer for success in life will be whether I can afford a personal chef (I'm kidding....not really). Here's a quick recipe for a delicious dinner.

~ (1) Pre-cooked rotisserie chicken (pull off bone - organic grass fed rec.) ~ organic chicken broth ~ (3) Carrots ~ (1/2) red onion ~ (3) stalks celery ~ a healthy dose of sea salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder ~ a dash of red pepper flakes (opt.), turmeric, coconut oil. ~ optional additions rice, potatoes, or quinoa. ENJOY!!

Streching & Yoga

Necessary movements in life to lengthen our muscles. February is the month to work on inversions - headstands, handstands. I'm a rookie FO-SHO. Do an inversion on Sundays in Feb & share with us on social. Tag us @LivingDuncan

Boxing

Working the mind & body at the same time. Boxing allows you to forget about everything else....since it takes all your brain power in & of itself. Start slow & don't get frustrated.
